We want every NAA visit to feel simple and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review the terms below.
Final Sale
All gift cards and packages are final sale.
No refunds or cash redemption.
Packages cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Package Expiration
5 Sessions: Valid for 5 months
10 Sessions: Valid for 12 months
Extensions may be considered for exceptional circumstances and require management approval.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of that session.
Session Use
Each session must be used in one appointment.
Sessions cannot be split, saved, transferred, or carried over.
Example: A 90-minute session must be used as one 90-minute appointment.
